All orders must be placed at www.run.pt or by email. RUN.PT also has a showroom where you can see, try, purchase and collect products. Visits to our showroom always require prior booking through our contact details.

The Customer can also pick up their order at Run.pt. To do this, the choice of items must normally be made through the online store, selecting, during the purchase process, the "In store" payment option. The customer must contact us to schedule the day and time.
Shipping costs for orders placed directly on the website www.run.pt are free for mainland Portugal and the Islands (Azores and Madeira).
Shipping costs are free considering the prices of the articles published on our website.
Shipping costs may be applied in cases of particular price proposals and/or promotional campaigns.
The cost of shipping to other countries will depend on the weight and volume of the order and will be disclosed upon consultation via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The customer can freely terminate the purchase agreement signed with RUN.PT through its online store www.run.pt, as long as they return the purchased products, in the conditions of use in which they were found at the time of purchase. (new, in their original packaging and without any signs of use), otherwise the return will be refused.

- The return, exchange, credit note or refund of the amount paid will be made, using the same payment method used for the purchase, on a date to be agreed, after receipt and verification of the material.
- You must always return products in their original packaging, with all accessories and the respective purchase receipt.

- Information regarding the consumer's right to terminate the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law No. 143/2001.
In the event of an anomaly or manufacturing defect, RUN.PT will file a warranty claim with the respective brands. This process may take up to 30 days.
The fact that the customer has not received these general sales conditions in their language of origin does not preclude their application.
RUN.PT reserves the right to accept the customer within the conditions mentioned above or, in turn, indicate the required conditions.
