Shipping and payments


Orders

All orders must be placed at www.run.pt or by email. RUN.PT also has a showroom where you can see, try, purchase and collect products. Visits to our showroom always require prior booking through our contact details.


Prices

The sales prices charged will be those shown on the page www.run.pt, safeguarding any typographical errors. Considering that market prices undergo constant variation, the prices charged will always be those stated in the order.

Payment

Important note: Run.pt does not have a physical store open to the public. Therefore, scheduling the day and time for picking up the order is essential.

Property reservation

Ownership of products supplied by RUN.PT will only be transferred to the customer after the respective price has been paid in full.

Non-compliance

If the customer does not pay the price on the due date, RUN.PT will have the right to demand late payment interest until full payment. The customer must also, in the event of non-compliance, pay to RUN.PT the expenses and charges arising from the judicial collection of the debt, including fees owed to a lawyer.

Shippping/Deliveries


Shipping costs for orders placed directly on the website www.run.pt are free for mainland Portugal and the Islands (Azores and Madeira). 

Shipping costs are free considering the prices of the articles published on our website. 

Shipping costs may be applied in cases of particular price proposals and/or promotional campaigns. 

The cost of shipping to other countries will depend on the weight and volume of the order and will be disclosed upon consultation via email geral@run.pt.


Returns 

To return the product, the customer must confirm the return with RUN.PT

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Applicable law and jurisdiction agreement

These general marketing conditions and any additional clauses included in specific supply contracts are governed by Portuguese private law, whether relating to national or international transactions.


Right to Terminate Contract

According to legislation, namely Decree-Law No. 143/2001, with the changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 82/2008, in contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has a maximum period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason (article 6). The deadline starts from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. RUN.PT determines that this period is extended to 30 days for purchases made during the month of December due to Christmas offers.


The customer can freely terminate the purchase agreement signed with RUN.PT through its online store www.run.pt, as long as they return the purchased products, in the conditions of use in which they were found at the time of purchase. (new, in their original packaging and without any signs of use), otherwise the return will be refused.

 - The return, exchange, credit note or refund of the amount paid will be made, using the same payment method used for the purchase, on a date to be agreed, after receipt and verification of the material.


You must always return products in their original packaging, with all accessories and the respective purchase receipt.

Information regarding the consumer's right to terminate the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law No. 143/2001.


In the event of an anomaly or manufacturing defect, RUN.PT will file a warranty claim with the respective brands. This process may take up to 30 days.


General conditions

These general commercial conditions are regularly sent to all RUN.PT customers. 

The fact that the customer has not received these general sales conditions in their language of origin does not preclude their application. 

RUN.PT reserves the right to accept the customer within the conditions mentioned above or, in turn, indicate the required conditions. 

All values ​​shown include VAT at the current legal rate.
